Pizza with minced meat, salami and peppers

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 250 ml water, warm
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 150g salami
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine the dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. If using fresh yeast, first make a pre-dough (crumble the yeast and mix it with a pinch of sugar and a little water until smooth. Let it rise until doubled in size, then knead it with all the other ingredients). Roll it out on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth to allow it to rise a little. Mix the tomato puree with the tomato paste and spread it on the dough. Layer the salami on top. Fry the minced meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Crumble the minced meat over the dough and scatter the chopped bell pepper on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180-200°C for 30 minutes.
