Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp tarragon, shredded
- 1 ½ tsp basil, shredded
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Marinade for grilled meat, with garlic and herbs
Combine the vinegar, oil, and mustard. Peel the garlic and press it into the marinade. Add the herbs and paprika, mix thoroughly, and pour over the grilled meat. Let it marinate for several hours in a cool place, turning the meat occasionally in the marinade.
