Chicory baked with ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg chicory
  • n. B. cooked ham
  • 200 g grated cheese for gratinating
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Boil the chicory and let it cool. Then wrap each chicory with at least one slice of cooked ham, place everything in a greased baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes.
