Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 30 g wild garlic
- some salt
- 1 tsp, heaped curry
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and finely chop the wild garlic. Cream the butter in a bowl until smooth and mix well with the wild garlic and the remaining ingredients. I roll the butter into a roll using aluminum foil and refrigerate it. Then I slice it with a slicing knife and freeze it. This way, you always have portions of wild garlic butter ready for grilling.
