- 200g tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Cut the tofu into sticks and marinate in soy sauce, garlic, and balsamic vinegar for at least one hour. Then bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
