Beef meatballs without bread and egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ kg minced beef
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, grainy, low-fat, approx. 200 g
  • 1 tbsp, heaped mustard
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dukan diet suitable

Place the ground beef in a bowl. Peel the onions and garlic, then puree all the other ingredients in a blender. Combine the thick mixture with the ground beef and knead thoroughly. Form the meat mixture into 3 cm diameter balls. Place these meatballs on a prepared baking sheet. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or potato salad. Or, as in the picture, my carrot and kohlrabi mixture would also work, which would still qualify the dish as low-carb.
