Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 250 g butter
- 200 ml sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 400 g chocolate
- 150 ml cream
- Fondant, various colors
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

super juicy and chocolatey
Mix the butter, flour, baking powder, sugar, sour cream, and eggs with a mixer until creamy. Pour half of the batter into a greased ring tin. Melt 100g of chocolate, add it to the remaining batter, and fold this dark batter into the light batter to create a marbled pattern. Bake the cake for 50 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat) (160°C fan-assisted). For the ganache, chop 300g of chocolate into small pieces, add it to the boiling cream, and melt it. Let it cool for 2 hours, then spread the ganache evenly over the cake. Use a puzzle cutter to cut out the fondant pieces and decorate the cake as desired.
