- 6 g jelly, flavor of your choice
- 250 ml water
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- n. B. Sweetener of your choice

Bring water to a boil and mix with the jelly and sweetener. Then, combine the jelly with the low-fat quark and baking powder in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes until frothy. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. The jelly will naturally settle at the bottom and the foam will solidify. 80 kcal per serving.
