Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sour cherries
- 150 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash and pit the cherries, and sprinkle with sugar. Once they’ve released their juice, bring them to a boil and simmer over low heat until soft. Season with sugar, if desired.
