Orange and kale smoothie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 300 g kale, fresh or frozen, finely chopped
  • 1 banana(s), peeled
  • 150 ml water
  • 3 ice cubes, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thaw frozen ingredients in the refrigerator. Chop all ingredients into small pieces and place in a blender. Add water and blend again. Add a few ice cubes if desired. Drink immediately after preparation!
