Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg cucumber(s)
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp dill (tips), dried
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Wash, peel, and slice the cucumbers, then place them in a suitable container. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and add it. Then add the other spices and stir thoroughly. Use only dried dill tips, as fresh ones don’t taste as good. After about 24 hours, they’ll be well-seasoned and taste truly delicious.
