Tomato salad with balsamic vinegar and honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • some salt and pepper
  • 6 basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them into small pieces. Pour the balsamic vinegar into a bowl, add the olive oil, and mix well. Add the honey, salt, and pepper. Wash the basil leaves, chop them, and stir them in. Add the diced tomatoes to the vinaigrette and mix.
