Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat, can also be sliced
- 1 m.-large pepper, medium hot
- 500 g broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
- 1 can peas and carrots (850 ml)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 5 drops of Piri Piri sauce
- some soy sauce

Heat the olive oil in a roasting pan or large frying pan. Brown the turkey, cut into strips, in it until crispy. Meanwhile, wash, halve, and deseed the bell peppers. Cut them into small cubes and fry briefly. Add the frozen broccoli florets and sauté until almost tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the piri-piri sauce and soy sauce and stir in. Drain the peas and carrots, add them, and mix well. Serve with rice, noodles, or boiled potatoes. You can also make a one-pot dish by stirring in the cooked noodles or rice.
