Lemon balm iced tea with lemon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ bunch lemon balm
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • ½ liter of boiling water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

quick and without sugar

Wash the lemon balm, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely. Squeeze the lemon. Place the chopped lemon balm in a tea bag and pour boiling water over it in a teapot. Add the lemon juice and let the tea steep for eight minutes. Drink the tea iced or warm. If it’s too sour for you, you can sweeten it with honey or sugar.
