Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, cooked
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 125 g bacon, streaky
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and delicious

Dice half an onion, dice the bacon, and fry in a little oil. Then slice the potatoes, add them, and fry until crispy. Finely chop the garlic clove and sprinkle it over the roasted potatoes. Crack the four eggs into a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then pour the eggs over the roasted potatoes in the pan. Let the egg set, then turn it out onto a plate and fry on the other side. Serve on a plate with a pickle.
