Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g mild ajvar
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g feta cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, large
- 1 handful of basil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dip or spread
Chop the basil. Crumble the feta cheese by hand and mix with the ajvar, cream cheese, crème fraîche, and basil. Crush the garlic and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. The cream can be used as a dip or spread and will keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.
