Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 50 g Ajvar (hot or mild)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 sprigs of parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- possibly salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
Squeeze the garlic cloves and finely chop the parsley, leaving the stems intact. Blend all ingredients with a hand blender. Season the cream with salt, if desired.
