Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 m.-large onion(s), red
- 125 g diced ham, low-fat
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs to taste

quick, easy, low carb
Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Finely dice the onion and add it to the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the herbs and add them. Dice the feta cheese and add it along with the ham cubes. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar well and pour over the ingredients. Mix everything together and season again with salt and pepper.
