Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 35 g oat flakes
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 5 g protein powder, e.g. Vanilla Whey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- e.g. Stevia
- Water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, then add enough water until the batter is runny. Bake in the waffle iron. I made three waffles, which tasted just like real waffles. Tip: I added a little cream and chocolate sauce for a finishing touch. I’ve also often eaten these waffles with fruit, which I highly recommend.
