Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chicken breast fillet(s) or a piece of turkey breast
  • Spice mix for poultry
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 gherkins or pickled cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • herbs, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

suitable for diet, slimming while sleeping, protein dinner.

Dice the meat and season. I cook it in a steamer (you can also cook it in the oven or fry it). Finely dice the eggs, bell pepper, and cucumber (you can also add chopped onion). Stir everything together and season.
