Combine the carrots, low-fat quark, sliced ​​almonds, and milk in a bowl and mix with a spoon. The amount of milk depends on the size of the carrots; the consistency should be roughly like muesli thickened with yogurt. Finally, sweeten to taste, add the raisins, and mix thoroughly again.
