Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 cans of tuna, in its own juice without oil
- 3 tbsp tartar sauce
- 3 gherkins
- 4 spring onions
- 2 tsp, heaped herbs, frozen or parsley, chives, chervil, dill
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
- 4 handfuls of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 head of lettuce or arugula
- 1 box of cress
- Toast or wraps

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
delicious and quick to prepare
Drain the tuna and mix with the finely diced gherkins, spring onions, herbs, and tartar sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and let it marinate for an hour. The filling can then be served with lettuce, cress, and tomatoes on toasted toast or in warmed wraps.
