Simple orange cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 sheets of white gelatin
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ orange(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice. Let the gelatin swell in cold water for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out the excess liquid. Dissolve according to the package instructions, adjust the volume, and stir into the orange juice. Chill the mixture. When the mixture begins to set, whip the cream and fold it in. Segment the half orange and garnish the dish with the orange segments.
