Chocolate pear cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 1 pack of pudding (chocolate)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 2 small pears
  • some chocolate shavings
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

In a bowl, stir the cream cheese until smooth. Combine the chocolate pudding powder with the sugar and a little milk. Heat the remaining milk, stir in the powder, and make a pudding. Let the pudding cool and fold it into the quark. Sweeten with sugar to taste, refine with a little cream, and fold in the pear cubes. Pour into four decorative glasses or bowls and chill thoroughly in the refrigerator. Garnish with pear pieces, sprinkle with chocolate shavings, and serve immediately.
