Super – Muesli

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g muesli, mixed
  • 250 ml milk
  • 500 g natural yogurt or fruit yogurt
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

.Place the muesli mixture in a large bowl, pour over the milk, and let it sit for about 1-2 hours. Then stir in the yogurt (plain or fruit). Coarsely grate the apples and mix immediately. Slice the bananas into rounds and mix with the raspberries. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the muesli.
