Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ liter of wine (rosé wine)
- ¼ liter of water
- 50 g cornstarch
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix eggs, cornstarch, and sugar with a little wine. Heat the wine with the water, then add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the mixture thickens slightly. Let cool. This goes very well with: steamed dumplings.
