Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 130 g dark chocolate
  • 60 ml sweet cream
  • 60 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • ½ tsp orange peel or freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

delicious, homemade chocolate sauce made from good ingredients

Roughly chop the chocolate and heat it in a hot water bath with the cream, milk, sugar, and orange zest or grated orange zest, stirring continuously, until the chocolate is melted. Remove the chocolate sauce from the water bath, let it cool slightly, and pour it into a small jug.
