Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tsp locust bean gum (Biobin)
  • 150 ml fruit juice (banana, multi-fruit juice, cherry juice, etc.)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the juice into a pot and add the carob bean gum, stirring well. Then turn on the stove and bring everything to a boil. The carob bean gum will thicken the mixture nicely, resulting in a delicious fruit sauce that’s perfect with yeast dumplings, ice cream, or even on bread.
