Preheat oven to 250°C (fan assisted). Salt the chicken wings evenly, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until golden brown—done! Serve with sweet, thick soy sauce. When I serve this dish to guests, I’m often asked how I seasoned the chicken wings. When I reveal that I used NO spices other than salt, they’re always amazed. You have to try it… If I serve this dish as a main course, I serve 8 chicken wings per person and serve a light leaf salad on the side.
