Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, Greek (Kritharaki)
  • 200 g cheese, Gouda
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 5 packs of dressing (salad dressing with paprika and herbs)
  • 15 tbsp water
  • 15 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick salad for hot days, parties or barbecues

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and let cool. Finely dice the cooked ham and bell peppers. Grate or finely dice the Gouda cheese. Mix the salad herbs with water and oil. Mix everything with the pasta.
