Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g bell pepper(s), yellow, green and red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Clean the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onion and slice into rings. Place the peppers and onion in a bowl. Add the spices and let everything simmer at room temperature for 30 minutes.
