Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cranberries
- 200 g blueberries
- 200 g blackberries
- 200 g peach(s)
- 200 g apricot(s)
- 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
- ½ lemon(s), juice

Cranberries, blackberries, blueberries
Chop the peeled peaches, chop the apricots, add the blackberries and puree. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a large pot and let stand for about 20 minutes, until the fruit has released its juices and the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil. Boil gently for four minutes while stirring. Test the jam on a plate for settling. Immediately pour the jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water and seal. I used frozen cranberries.
