Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes, preferably beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 m.-large onion(s), white
- 2 chili peppers, green or red, medium hot
- 4 g coriander leaves, fresh, chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice, fresh
- ½ tsp salt
- some pepper

Oaxaca-style grilled beef sauce
Finely dice the tomatoes, chilies, and onions. If you prefer a less spicy flavor, deseed and remove the septa from the chilies. Mix everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, lime juice, and cilantro. Let the salsa sit for several hours.
