Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 eggs, size M
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- some chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Protein/fat meal
Boil the eggs for 7 minutes. Mix the avocado flesh with the low-fat curd cheese, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper, and season to taste. Rinse the eggs, peel them, chop them, and fold them in. Serve with whatever you like: protein bread, toast, or a roll. Sprinkle with chives.
