Fried egg with a twist and low carb

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 35 g roast (suckling pig roast), e.g. from the suckling pig platter from Aldi, 3 slices
  • 4 slices of chorizo
  • 2 Vienna sausages
  • some Parmesan, grated
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

easy and quick to prepare

First, I cut the two Vienna sausages into small pieces and fried them in a little oil. Then I added the three slices of roast suckling pig and the chorizo, also slightly chopped beforehand, and fried them. Then I added the three eggs and fried them like fried eggs. They’re best, of course, when the yolk remains intact, with a runny center. I sprinkled pepper, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and garlic powder over the dish. I separated the eggs so I had three fried eggs and served them as soon as the whites were no longer wobbly. The dish contains 500 kcal per serving.
