Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 240 g kidney beans from the can, drained
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 nectarine(s) or peach
  • 1 plum(s)
  • possibly peppermint leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Rinse the kidney beans from the jar or can thoroughly in a sieve. Cut the banana, nectarine, and plum into pieces. Place everything in a blender. Then add 0.7-1 liter of water and blend on high. Tip: If you like, you can also add 1-2 peppermint leaves.
