Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 240 g kidney beans from the can, drained
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 nectarine(s) or peach
- 1 plum(s)
- possibly peppermint leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Rinse the kidney beans from the jar or can thoroughly in a sieve. Cut the banana, nectarine, and plum into pieces. Place everything in a blender. Then add 0.7-1 liter of water and blend on high. Tip: If you like, you can also add 1-2 peppermint leaves.
