Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 500 g strawberries
- 50 g chocolate, whole milk
- some lemon juice
- some sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces, squeeze a squeeze of lemon juice over them, and sweeten slightly if desired. Divide 1/4 into 4 glasses and purée the rest. Mix the mascarpone with yogurt, sweetener, and a little lemon juice until creamy. Chop the chocolate and fold in. Spread the mascarpone cream over the strawberries and top with the strawberry purée. Garnish as desired.
