Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 jar of ajvar
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice in salted water and drain. Drain the peas in a sieve. After cooking, transfer the rice to a bowl and mix with the ajvar, diced tomatoes, and peas. Then add a little margarine and season with salt.
