Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g blue cheese (Roquefort, Gorgonzola or other)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream
  • 40 g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, cut into rings
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious with baguette, but also as fondue sauce

Mix everything together and season to taste, done.
