Quark Soufflé
The perfect quark soufflé recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Quark
- 90 g Sugar
- 30 g Custard powder
- 0,5 Pc. Bio lemon zest
- 0,5 Pc. Grated organic orange peel
- 5 Pc. Egg yolk
- 5 Pc. Protein
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Butter
- Sugar
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees top / bottom heat. Mix the quark, egg yolk, cream powder, sugar, orange and lemon zest to a mixture.
- Butter the soufflé molds and toss them with a little sugar.
- Whip the egg whites with a little sugar and carefully fold into the curd mixture just before baking. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for about 25 minutes. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve quickly.
