Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 banana(s), ripe
- 500 ml grape juice, red
- Gelling sugar, proportionate to exact weight
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- e.g. vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 9 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and puree with a hand blender. I let this mixture sit for about 2 hours; I find it more intensely flavored this way. Fill jam jars with hot water. Finally, boil the jam and pour it into the hot jars. Please refer to the package of gelling sugar for the exact cooking time.
