Toast rolls with avocado cream, tomatoes and feta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 rye rolls (toast rolls), halved
  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 2 tsp lime juice, maybe a little less
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 30 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • some basil leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Four pieces

Remove the avocado flesh from the skin, immediately drizzle with lime juice, mash with a fork, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the avocado cream on each toasted roll. Arrange the halved tomatoes, crumbled feta, and roughly torn basil on top.
