Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 onion(s), red
- 20 g fresh ginger
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 tbsp coriander greens, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. Finely dice the onion and ginger and stir in. Peel and halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Mix the avocado into the dressing, season to taste, and serve sprinkled with cilantro.
