Versatile, makes 250 g butter
Take the butter out of the refrigerator in good time, as it should be very soft for use. Roast the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat. Then let the roasted seeds cool and chop them as finely as possible. Mix the butter with the pumpkin seed oil and the finely chopped pumpkin seeds and season with salt. Tip: The butter tastes great on fresh bread or rolls. It’s also great for brunch or breakfast.
