Tolga's Banana Gingerbread Bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 100 g gingerbread, without filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pts. baking powder
  • 2 pts. vanilla sugar
  • 600 g flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp milk

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

A delicious bread (not a cake), not too sweet but still very tasty

First, mash the bananas and then grate the gingerbread, not too finely. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix and knead them together using a food processor or by hand. Pour the finished dough into a loaf pan and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. You can refine the dough with chocolate shavings or raisins, depending on your taste. If you want the bread to be more like a cake, you can roughly double the number of bananas and add a little more sugar. This recipe is just enough for one large loaf.
