Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g honey
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 120 g almonds, slivered
  • 40 g almond flakes, for sprinkling the molds
  • some butter, for greasing the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk together the honey, cane sugar, gingerbread spice, milk, and eggs. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and stir in. Finally, fold in the flaked almonds. Grease two venison loin pans (each 30×11 cm) with butter and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Pour the batter evenly into the pan and smooth the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
