Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g dried fruit
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 25 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 25 g almonds
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the dried fruit into small cubes, mix with rum, and let it soak. Beat the eggs and sugar thoroughly until frothy. Add all ingredients and the dried fruit to the frothy mixture, then add the flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Electric oven 160-170°C, gas oven 2-3°C.
