Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Parsley
- some oil
- possibly bacon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious and refreshing thanks to the tomatoes
Whisk the eggs and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley. Finely chop the chives and add them to the eggs. Heat the oil in a pan and stir in the egg mixture. Fry over low heat. As soon as it starts to set, add the tomatoes. If you like, you can also fry some bacon; it tastes delicious!
