Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs (organic)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 shallot(s)
- 1 shot of milk
- 5 cocktail tomatoes
- margarine
- Chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk the eggs with the milk and whisk until frothy. In a nonstick pan, sauté the finely chopped shallots and diced ham in a little vegetable cream. Add the eggs to the pan and whisk evenly. Don’t overcook the eggs; leave them slightly translucent and moist. Finally, sprinkle the quartered cherry tomatoes over the eggs and serve, garnished with chives.
