Ingredients for 4 servings:
- some olive oil
- 250 g bacon cubes
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 6 large eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- nutmeg
- 250 ml milk

delicious scrambled eggs with bacon and onions
Grease a pan with olive oil, then slowly fry the bacon and onions until translucent. Meanwhile, crack the eggs and whisk them with the spices and milk. Once the onions and bacon are cooked, add the egg mixture to the pan and slowly heat over medium heat until set. Once the mixture has completely set, transfer the scrambled eggs to small bowls. My son loves this—and he doesn’t normally eat eggs.
